ChromeDeathRazor

Chrome never missed a kill and he had not missed his last target, he simply hit him with a tracker round so the chase would be easier when the time came to kill him.  The rounds he fired were distractions to get the poor guys adrenaline going so he could not feel the needle as it jammed itself into the back of his neck like an angry bee that did not die or lose its stinger.
His target was changed for now to Primordial Daleks the Xigarian kinds leader and Ambassador.  The monstrous octopus was giving a speech to the council.  Chrome and his target were separated by a mere layer of transparent bulletproof glass.  Daleks was standing in the center of the circular council room, council members sat in rows in a semicircle before him.
Daleks was using seven of his eight legs to keep balance, the last one was plugged into the skull of a human, the sharp point that retracted in all his tentacles barely puncturing the spine at the base of the skull, his words flowing through his mind to the humans his words coming out in a full strong human voice.  His deep blue skin looked soft, but Chrome knew the only soft portion of his body would be around his mouth hidden behind all the tentacles.  The flaps of orange swollen tissue hid Daleks eyes that could see nothing but heat.  The cool flaps protected the eyes with a very strong armor.
Chrome had been thinking about how he would kill Daleks through the glass he knew would be protecting him while infiltrating the building.  The fortress that was the council building was surrounded by an electrified moat, a thirty foot bridge the only connection with the rest of the Sovereign District.
Chrome shot his hands out for the wall on the opposite side of the moat, his metallic fingers gripping the wall hard, and with a quick jog backwards then a hard sprint toward the water he managed to pull himself to the wall without touching the water.  He dispatched a guard cloaked himself to match and threw the body in the water.  Continuing along the wall pretending to make his rounds.  When he reached the point where the wall was closest to the council room, he pitched the disguise and grappled his way to the windows of the council room.  As he had predicted the windows were unlocked, but they only went halfway around the circle of the building leaving him with no way behind Daleks but to walk around once he was in.
Instead he chose one at an angle where he could shoot Daleks translator.
Now he sat in the rafters above the council camouflaged the same steel gray as the rafters.  He switch his rifle to electric rounds, the water outside gave him the idea.  Turning the voltage up to more than five million.  Less than a hundred feet from his target he did not feel the need to aim down the scope.
He watched Daleks lift a single flap protecting his eye.  As Chrome pulled the trigger, Daleks removed his tentacle from the back of his translators skull.  Then pulled the translator behind the glass just as the bolt of lightning sizzled by hitting the wall behind them.  The shot melted through the marble wall.  Leaving a small crater in its smooth surface.
Well this is just my luck, Chrome thought as he quickly slung his rifle across his body and dove out the open window.  Alarms were resounding across the courtyard off the walls and back across.  The high pitched noise bugged Chrome.  He had pulled himself back up on the wall and was now grappling it from the other side, hanging ten feet above the electric waters.  He was conserving his energy by only camouflaging his hands, which would be easily visible to anyone running along the wall in search of him.  His golden body stood out against the white walls.  Being bionic meant he could hang their all night if necessary, which he hoped would not be the case.
The alarm quit sounding after what seemed like ages.  With the whiney noise gone Chrome noticed something quite lucky.  The water below was not burning with electricity as it had been when he arrived.  That could mean only one thing he thought.  They were moving Primordial Daleks now.
Without hesitation he released his grip on the wall, letting his arms retract into their rightful place in his shoulders.  His robotic exterior gave him no senses, the churning water felt like nothing.  Propellers unfolded from his back as he swam for the opposite side of the fortress.  Soon Daleks would be dead.  Chrome would be one step closer to becoming the greatest assassin in M.O.P.  And the War of Arca would be on the verge of exploding.
Chapter 7 introduces a new character from the AG cast. Welcome aboard Daleks!!!!
